Tony Perna provides closely-held businesses with management and tax consulting services. His extensive experience includes cash flow and profitability analysis, mergers and acquisitions, enhancements to accounting systems and reporting, and tax and financial planning for shareholders of closely-held businesses. Perna joined MRPR in 1978.
Perna is a past Vice President and Treasurer of the Birmingham Jaycees.
Perna received his B.A. in Accounting from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
