Specialties and Experience:
Mark Rottermond focuses his practice on providing strategic and tax planning services for closely-held businesses and their owners. Since 1976, he has had extensive experience with a variety of engagements in the auditing and accounting, tax and consulting arenas. Mark joined MRPR in 1984, becoming a partner in 1986. Prior to that, Mark was a manager at a local CPA firm and an audit senior at Deloitte & Touche in Detroit.

Education:
Mark graduated with a B.S.B.A., with honors, from Michigan Technological University in 1975. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1989. In 1976, he also completed the CPA examination on his first sitting.
Interests:
When not working or at home with his family, Mark is most likely playing ice hockey. Hockey has taken him to tournaments in Michigan, Ontario, Tennessee, Nevada, Florida, and Austria.
George Reich, CPA

Specialties and Experience:
George Reich is the principal in charge of all auditing and accounting services, and has extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of financial reports. Prior to joining MRPR Group, he was Manager-in-charge of the Small Business Department of Deloitte in Detroit and also served as Manager-in-charge of the audit of General Motors Corporation. George is also an experienced peer reviewer of accounting and auditing practices of other CPA firms.

George is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Public Accountants. He is the Treasurer of the Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan, a member of the Detroit Athletic Club, and a past chairman of the small business council of the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce.
Education:
George received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Detroit.
Interests:
George is an avid Detroit sports fan and plays tennis and golf on a regular basis. He and his wife live in Troy, Michigan.
Tony Perna, CPA

Specialties and Experience:
Tony Perna provides closely-held businesses with management and tax consulting services. His extensive experience includes cash flow and profitability analysis, mergers and acquisitions, enhancements to accounting systems and reporting, and tax and financial planning for shareholders of closely-held businesses. Tony joined MRPR in 1978.
Memberships:
Tony is a member of Kiwanis International and the Nottigham Sportsman's Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of Great Oaks Country Club and was Vice President and Treasurer as a past member of the Birmingham Jaycees and Past-Chairman of the MACPA Federal Task Force.
Education:
Tony received his B.A. in Accounting from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
Hobbies and interests:
He enjoys playing golf, following the local sports teams and reading.
Greg Zink, CPA

Specialties and Experience:
Greg Zink joined MRPR in January 1985 and provides auditing, accounting and tax services to clients in a wide variety of industries. Over the years, Greg has gained a special expertise in the trucking industry and has developed a transportation practice within the firm.
Memberships:
Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Detroit No. 1 and an active member in both the Michigan Trucking Association and Transportation Club of Detroit.
Education:
Greg earned his B.S.A. in accounting in December 1981 from the University of Michigan - Dearborn. He became a CPA in 1984.
Interests:
When Greg is not helping his clients, he is spending time with his wife, Dennie Jo, and coaching their two daughters' softball and hockey teams. Greg is also active in hockey and golf leagues himself.
Bob Sickler, CPA

Bob Sickler joined the firm in 1987. He has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, and tax planning services. Industry experience includes privately held businesses, non-profit organizations, as well as the employee benefit plan industry.

Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Education:
Bob graduated with a B.A. in accounting from Michigan Technological University in 1987. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991.
Interests:
Bob enjoys waterskiing, snowboarding, and basketball.
Angela Mastroionni, CPA

Angie Mastroionni has been with the firm since 1996. She provides her clients with a full range of accounting, attest and tax planning services. Her specialty is in performing review and compilation engagements for closely-held businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, professional service, wholesale & distribution and rental real estate. Since joining MRPR, Angie has gained much experience in small business accounting and controllership functions, various types of accounting software packages as well as financial modeling/forecasting.

Angie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of Inforum, A Professional Women's Alliance.
Education:
Angie earned her B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn graduating with honors in 1995. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998.
Interests:
Angie enjoys spending time with her family and watching her young son play hockey. She also enjoys traveling, golf, and shopping!
