All-in-all MRPR is a wonderful firm to work for. The amount of positive change this firm has seen in the last 10 years is incredible and I am excited to see where this firm continues to go in the future.
MRPR has built strong relationships with our clients and our team members. My team members and clients feel like family. I recently heard a quote – It’s not how much you know, but how much you care. I believe that many at MRPR believe in this, including myself.
What I enjoy most about working here is the people, everyone is super nice and helpful with any questions. I also enjoy the events that the MF Club puts on that allows us all to get together without focusing on work.
This is the golden anniversary milestone – this is a BIG moment, and it has been quite the ride thus far. I am honored to have shared it with those who came before me and those who have been part of the Firm during my long tenure – 29 years! I appreciate everyone, I have learned a lot and I have developed into the professional I am today because of others. I am proud of us, MRPR!
Angela (Angie) Mastroionni, CPA
The firm culture and work opportunities I experienced as an intern were my motivators to join the company full time. I interned for all of 2021 and have been working full time since 2022.
MRPR always provided traditional CPA services — tax and audit & assurance services. After the merger with RDA, those services remained but MRPR offered more business advisory and client accounting services.
I enjoy the culture, the way we invest in relationships both internally and externally and the way we collaborate as a team.
Many firms our size do not make it to 50 years as they are acquired, merged into another firm, or just wind down operations. In this age of consolidations and change we have been able to stay true to our strategy and principles. The plan is to continue to adapt for another 50 years.
I was looking for a firm who would be flexible with my class schedule so I would be able to prioritize my education while gaining internship experience. MRPR was very flexible, allowing me to work odd hours during the week to get work and school done.
Emily Willett, Intern during tax season 2024, fall 2024, and tax season 2025, fall 2025
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I did not come across anyone I felt uncomfortable around. The monthly staff appreciation lunches were a great way for me to get to know more of the staff.
Vincent Shaw, Intern during tax season 2025 and fall 2025
My main goal for this internship was finding a CPA firm that I can invest my time into long term as I work to get my CPA. I can say for certain that I would love to work at MRPR in the future. The friendly environment, good work ethic, and constructive feedback have made MRPR a great place to work.
Benjamin Mundt, Intern during tax season 2025 and joined full time in 2025
I wanted to work in a small to moderate size firm so that it would be easier to communicate with coworkers, and MRPR was a perfect fit for me! Everyone is friendly and always willing to collaborate and help.
Lauren Niday, Intern during tax season 2025
Everyone is approachable and willing to answer questions. I noticed that a lot of people have worked here a long time, which I think is a sign that people are happy in the workplace.
Anna May, Intern during tax season 2025 and joined full time in 2025
Being around good people and part of a good team is what separates firms and that is what MRPR has.
