MRPR Celebrates 10th Best Places to Work Recognition

We’re excited to share that MRPR has once again been recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of the Best Places to Work in Michigan—marking our 10th year receiving this honor!

Reaching double digits makes this recognition especially meaningful. The Best Places to Work program evaluates workplace practices, programs and benefits while also incorporating feedback directly from employees. For us, being recognized for the 10th time is a reflection of something we work hard to build every day: a workplace where people feel supported, valued and empowered to grow.

Awards are exciting, but what makes this one particularly special is the role our team plays in earning it.

Professional growth has always been an important part of the MRPR experience.

Our team members have opportunities to learn from colleagues at every level of the Firm, gain exposure to a variety of businesses and industries, and receive ongoing coaching and career guidance. Our Coaching Team approach provides team members with people they can turn to for mentorship, feedback, and support as they navigate their careers.

That commitment starts early. MRPR interns gain meaningful, hands-on accounting experience and work alongside professionals throughout the Firm. Many of our interns have gone on to join MRPR full-time, continuing to develop their skills and work toward becoming CPAs.
